Ticket contacted us with the vision of developing an e-commerce platform for the Chinese market. imangu’s great experience and expertise with exactly Chinese e-commerce, was the reason Ticket contacted our web-bureau for the task. Ticket had no previous experience with China, and was thus in need of consulting as well. imangu was therefore to both develop a high-end platform as well as assist with know-how regarding e-business in China.
Ticket, formerly known as Ticket to Heaven, is a popular and famous childrens clothes brand. imangu has handled the development of Ticket Outdoor, an e-commerce platform for the Ticket brand in China.
We suggested to develop the platform based on Drupal, since Drupal is the far most flexible Content Management System on the market. This made possible the easy integration of all thinkable functions, as well as tailoring a unique design developed specifically to target the Chinese market. Furthermore, we offered to handle ICP License registration, which is a demand for e-business in China. We also offered to handle SEO and SEM (Search Engine Optimization/Marketing) on the Chinese equivalents of Google and Yahoo. Finally, we suggested to link the web shop to T-Mall and Taobao, the largest luxury retail web shops in China.
Ticket Outdoor was developed in a top modern and tailored design, build to represent the brands unique identity, yet adapted to Chinese culture. The website was developed as a product- and trading platform, where navigation between different products, as well as the purchase-flow was optimized to a few clicks on the mouse-button. Moreover, we made sure that the brand was one of the top entries on the Chinese search engines, and that trading on the Chinese market went smoothly.
